Big Lots and The Other Tiffany
Well, we were at Big Lots the other day and I saw something that made me sad: Tiffany's disk "The Color of Silence" in a bargain bin for $3.00. Poor Tiffany. She posed naked and did whatever else she could to get anyone to pay attention to that disk, but few people did. It came out about two years ago and I bought it because of something Debbie Gibson said. One of those idiot cows from The View was trying to get her to talk bad about Tiffany because she posed for Playboy in order to try to get attention for the album. They were saying, "Isn't it sad? Isn't it sad?" And Debbie--um, Deborah--said something like, "Not really. What I think is sad is that shows like this didn't pay any attention to her album--which is really good--until she took her clothes off." Well I thought, Go Debbie! Wayta stick up for old friends, and I went and bought Tiffany's album.
And you know what? I really like it! It made me sad to see it in the bargain bin. So Christy, if you see it at Big Lots, throw three bucks in Tiffany's direction.
In other news, the MJ project is coming along. It is far more challenging than I expected and my poor little finger-joints hurt from working the mouse so much.
