On Retirement
So I'm "retiring" tomorrow afternoon, when I turn in my keys and hand over my office. What is ironic is that my eye is twitching more than ever (stress twitch). I should be unwinding but instead I'm winding. I'm winding to the point that I spent much of yesterday getting excited over the idea of going to get my rhet/comp PhD at Georgia State. Why would I even CONSIDER that? It's madness! What is wrong with me?

Having a PhD will give you some cache, which means a lot more perks in the job world. On the negative side, you have to go through the dissertation process. Ugh. Whatever you decide to do in retirement, you'll be fabulous.

Yeah, I saw that sections of Atlanta and surrounding areas were powerless.
