Gonna try it again

So I've been on hiatus from blogland for a few months now. I was just SICK of all you people! Just kidding. Really, I've just been doing other things, and blogging had begun to feel like a chore instead of a fun thing, and that's not how it's supposed to be, of course. I'm not sure I'll stay focused on blogging this time, either, but maybe I will.

I've just been teaching my classes and minding my own business. Well, sort of. Minding my own business as much as I ever can. And instead of blogging, I've been participating in Worth1000 photoshop contests. I don't exactly suck, but I'm not exactly awesome, either. If you want to check out my work on Worth1000, here's a contest that I participated in just a few days ago. I'm "pinkdog" of course, and I came in 8th, which I was very happy about. It's the highest I've ever finished. I mean, I've only done six or seven of these contests, so it's not like I've been trying for ages and only now cracked the top ten, but still.

What else? Mmm. I've stopped thinking about my weight. I just don't care anymore. So I'm 5'7, 138, and a size 10. So what. Great. Who cares. I have no idea why it took me so long to come to this point of acceptance, but I am finally there and happy about it.
