My Hero!!

Well, it's that time of year again--pumpkin carving time! Later today some friends are coming over and we'll carve, carve, carve.

So in honor of said occasion, it's time once again to bring out Mr. Barfing Pumpkin. He's been making the rounds on the internet since something like 1945, and he never looks a minute less sick. Ta-daa! He never ceases to make me laugh.

I love everything about Mr. Barfing Pumpkin. I remember the first time I saw him--Rachel Cauley sent him to me via email in 1999, I think, and I was fascinated and horrified by him. His poorly cut features, with the black sharpie marks still showing. The desperate expression of hurling on his face. The literal-ness of his "barfing his guts up". He's the REAL Great Pumpkin.
