A response to Christy, dear friend, so confused.

Oh goodness. I had forgotten all about the bathroom incident at the Carmike in Stillwater. But now, I recall...the water gushing fragrantly and noisily over the sides of that long-uncleaned toilet. You should know that I can't tolerate unflushed toilets either. I probably subtley volunteered to flush it under the pretense of making *you* feel better, but really, unflushed toilets bug me too.

In fact, just yesterday I flushed an unflushed toilet in the restroom near my office and then bitched to my new pal/officemate Gwen for an hour about the piggy little girls who don't flush. What is with that?

Addressing another issue: of course you can eat cake for breakfast. What a ridiculous question. In fact, I had a piece of cake (yellow cake with chocolate icing) for breakfast today. In fact, I may have another in a few minutes. You know, if you save the good stuff for later all the time, you might never get any good stuff because you could die first! The world is a dangerous place! A heroine of mine once said, "Let them eat cake!" Yes, let them!!
