I'm progressing on my Nanowrimo book, but I am behind. Ideally, participants should be around 10,000 words by now. I just can't go that fast. I can only think at 20 wpm. Note: I can type at 55 wpm or something like that, but there's more to this than just typing. I can tap out 1000 words here without batting an eye, but when it comes to the book? Things are slower.

I have been hanging out in Forums > Reaching 50,000 > Slow But Steady. And there I joined the proud ranks of the slow but determined writers: the turtles. I spent two hours today making this, instead of writing:
